Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You may not use your account on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization. spin39 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All funds deposited into your spin39 account must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. If we identify a third-party deposit, we reserve the right to void all associated wagers, confiscate winnings, and return only the original deposit amount to the source account.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through our KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your spin39 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
spin39 processes most withdrawal requests within 1–6 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). VIP members benefit from expedited processing, often completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended for first-time withdrawals, large amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000, or if additional verification is required.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 100,000 minimum and Rp 100,000,000 maximum per transaction. VIP members may have higher limits based on their tier. spin39 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
To prevent money laundering and comply with regulatory requirements, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before they can be withdrawn. This applies even if you did not claim any bonus. If you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers before you can withdraw. This requirement is separate from bonus wagering requirements.
All bonuses offered by spin39 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming the bonus. Failure to meet bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and its winnings become withdrawable. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%.
spin39 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets), or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Our decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account. Extensions are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
All games on spin39 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account, but no winnings will be paid.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and possible legal action: using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; providing false or misleading information during registration or verification; identity theft or impersonation; collusion with other Players or third parties; hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using bots or automated systems.
spin39 has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply fully with Indonesian anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international standards. In no event shall spin39's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our services exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the six months immediately preceding the claim. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from spin39 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently.
